Freight Charges:
Minnesota Waterfowl Association's method of delivery is UPS, which does not allow us to deliver to PO Boxes. The delivery charge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. These charges will be included in the Shipping and Handling of your order if applicable. Special rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska and International locations.
Pricing:
Although we make every effort to ensure accuracy, a small number of the items on our site may be miss-priced. We cannot confirm the price of an item until your order enters the shipping process, nor will we charge your credit card, if applicable, until your order enters the shipping process. (Please note that your Order Confirmation means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been shipped or that the price of an item has been confirmed.)
Returns:
We are certain you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if your merchandise is defective, the Return Policy is stated below.
Should you decide to return your product purchased online at Minnesota Waterfowl Association, the product must be shipped back to us in the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping charge for any item returned to Minnesota Waterfowl Association. For your protection we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier such as UPS or Registered or Insured USPS.Minnesota Waterfowl Association is not responsible for product lost or damaged in shipment. In addition, shipping charges are non-refundable.
· The product must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase.
· The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
· The product being returned must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
