The goal of this program is to introduce kids that are from non-hunting families, into waterfowl hunting. We feel that by including the firearms safety training into this program, we will accomplish this goal. The program with include a MN DNR Firearms Safety course combined with additional sections to develop skills and knowledge about waterfowl, ethical, practical and safety skills necessary for successful waterfowl hunting.
